The installation consists of two ever-present elements in Korean cities: a LED display and a photographic documentation of an advertisement for new apartments.

The LED display, commonly used by shops and businesses all over the country, continuously repeats the word PROGRESS. There is neither narrative nor advance in this progress; the display progresses for the pure sake of progress.

The photograph depicts an advertisement of a now completed – or abandoned – construction project. Turned around and left hanging on a billboard at a metro stop, the name of the construction project can be read: Sky View.
